We are an in-home ABA therapy provider serving the state of Tennessee. Our mission is to provide our Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) with the tools and support they need to excel in their roles.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RBT to join our team. As an RBT with Total Care ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in a 1:1 setting, delivering ABA therapy and accurately recording client progress.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting
  • Accurately keep records of client progress
  • Travel to client homes/community settings as required to deliver services
  • Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
Requirements
  • RBT certification
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
