Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
  • Support the pharmacy team by assisting with tasks such as filling prescriptions, answering customer questions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy area.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and move objects as needed.
