Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our San Francisco team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA services to our clients, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing assessments and advanced technology to measure outcomes and ensure maximum results.
- Client Support and Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, families, and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective client outcomes.
- Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Behavior Therapists, Program Supervisors, and BCBA Trainees, to ensure effective program implementation and client outcomes.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff on ABA best practices and program implementation.
- Administrative and Clinical Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, and participate in clinical projects and initiatives as needed.
- Certification: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
- Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
