Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design transmission structures and power lines for high voltage applications, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Technical Specifications: Prepare and review technical specifications and drawings, collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Engineering Analysis: Conduct engineering analysis and simulations for transmission line design, utilizing software such as PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and AutoCAD.
  • Project Support: Provide support to the project team during construction and installation, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Client Interface: Interface with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success, providing technical support and expertise as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in transmission line design for high voltage applications.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of structural design and analysis principles and tools, proficiency in engineering software, and familiarity with industry codes and standards.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
