Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest experience services, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
  • Assist guests in selecting the right merchandise, providing expert knowledge and recommendations to meet their needs.

  • Perform cashiering duties, including processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Support store sales goals by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and priced.
  • Adhere to established operational guidelines and store policies, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Evaluate guest inquiries and refer to Guest Experience Leader and/or Leader on Duty as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and pull 2000 lbs utilizing material handling equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
