Key Responsibilities:
The Planned Giving Fellow will play a crucial role in enhancing the university's planned giving initiatives, which involve significant contributions made as part of a donor's financial and estate planning. The responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records of planned gift information using Raiser's Edge and other relevant platforms, ensuring data integrity and thoroughness.
- Assisting in the execution of planned giving marketing strategies, including the production of a quarterly newsletter and other promotional materials for alumni and supporters.
- Supporting the organization of informational sessions on planned giving and donor appreciation events.
- Conducting research and data analysis to identify and engage potential planned giving donors, as well as assisting in their cultivation and stewardship.
- Preparing planned gift agreements, acknowledgment letters, and detailed reports.
- Facilitating communication with planned giving donors, including the compilation and distribution of scholarship award reports.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of planned gift protocols and procedures.
- Participating in CASE's professional development training and networking opportunities.
- Completing special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates must be able to perform administrative tasks in a typical office setting and may be required to travel for training and professional development opportunities. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar databases is preferred.
