Job Title: Licensed Optician Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to associates, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure high-quality eyewear by consulting with customers, selecting products, verifying prescriptions, and maintaining optical equipment.
  • Uphold our Open Door Policy by addressing concerns, reviewing policies, and suggesting resolutions.
  • Coordinate job-related activities, develop stakeholder relationships, and promote continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of optical experience.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Desire to manage people and business.
Certifications:
  • CA Dispensing Optician license.
  • ABO/NCLE certification.
