About the Role

Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing therapy services to children in a clinic-based setting. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing children's skills, developing personalized plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify children's strengths and areas of need, and develop tailored treatment plans to address their goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and clinic staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess children's progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's progress, including daily progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and licensure by the Georgia Secretary of State.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience working with children with varying exceptionalities, thorough knowledge of therapy best practices, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
