Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain apartments, including dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, emptying trash, and changing bed linens.
  • Clean floor lounges, including sweeping balconies, cleaning mirrors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.
  • Clean hard floor surfaces and carpets using necessary equipment.
  • Set up and break down chairs and tables for community functions.
  • Remove bulk trash and recycling.
  • Clean floor laundry rooms by mopping floors, cleaning dryer vents, and washing appliances.
  • Perform other cleaning duties on floor chutes and floor hallways.
  • Maintain equipment, including floor equipment, vacuums, and carts.
  • Use cleaning substances in a safe and responsible manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum grammar school education.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Some experience in floor tech or housekeeping is helpful, but training will be provided.
  • Honesty, good judgment, tact, compassion, and integrity are essential qualities for this role.
