Fiber Optic Installation Specialist

Position SummaryAs a Fiber Optic Installation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include the installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic cables and associated equipment. While prior experience is advantageous, we are open to training motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and splice fiber optic cables in diverse environments.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of fiber construction techniques.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Construct appropriate splice closures for various job sites.
- Utilize OTDR and testing equipment for troubleshooting and testing fiber.
- Maintain accurate documentation of fiber records.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner.
- Travel to multiple job sites as required.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including potential day and night shifts.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
