Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and service. You will assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely medication information. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Operate pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage inventory
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred
  • PTCB certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
