We're looking for a skilled and compassionate RN with experience in long-term care to provide high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities will include:
- Completing thorough nursing assessments and documenting patient information accurately
- Communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Providing individualized care to patients with complex needs, including administering medications as ordered and monitoring patient responses
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid RN license in the state where you'll be practicing
- BLS certification
- One to three years of experience as an RN, preferably in long-term care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
