About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Holiday Inn Joplin. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change bed linen and make beds to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
  • Replace used towels and replenish bath care products to meet guest expectations.
  • Sweep and mop floors, as well as vacuum carpets, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Dust furniture to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Report any technical issues or maintenance needs to ensure prompt attention.
  • Address guests' queries and provide assistance with additional services.
  • Help guests retrieve lost items and ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.
  • Follow hotel security guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a similar role, such as a housekeeper or maid.
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Good physical health and stamina to perform daily tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting high-performance standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
