Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment inventories, including ordering and stocking parts and supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient equipment operation and minimize downtime.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance and operation of our production facility.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in plant maintenance and high-speed production equipment; experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) required.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to these conditions and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
