Key Responsibilities:
The primary goal of the Evening Room Care Specialist is to enhance the guest experience by refreshing occupied guest rooms during evening hours. This role involves ensuring a welcoming atmosphere through meticulous attention to detail.
Essential Duties:
- Warmly greet and engage with guests, providing a friendly and professional interaction.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal information.
- Prepare beds for the night and create a soothing ambiance with appropriate lighting and music.
- Replenish towels and amenities, ensuring they are neatly arranged according to established standards.
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms.
- Organize and manage cleaning supplies and linens efficiently.
- Keep storage areas tidy and well-organized.
- Utilize property management software to report any maintenance issues.
- Work diligently to meet daily operational goals.
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Address and resolve issues effectively.
- Safeguard lost items following company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in laundry and other support tasks as required.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Stay informed and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Exhibit a neat and professional appearance at all times.

- Provide assistance to guests with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Ability to maintain composure and use sound judgment in various situations.

- Capability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
