About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in neurology and orthopedics to join our team at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a 34-bed Neuro/Ortho unit, providing comprehensive care to patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patients' medical conditions and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in neurology and orthopedics
  • A valid Oregon RN license
  • Certifications in BLS and ACLS
