Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients with various conditions and injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Physical Therapy license in Connecticut.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- NPI NUMBER.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
$207,040 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts.
A tax-free stipend of $15,120 per year.
