As a Branch Director at Adoration Home Health and Hospice, you will play a vital role in supporting patients by overseeing clinical services and establishing goals and objectives for clinical services that promote standards of quality and contribute to optimal care and service for patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support to the Clinical Manager to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
- Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees.
- Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
- Supervise all administrative employees assigned to the Branch and through the clinical manager, the clinical staff.
- RN license (either ASN or BSN).
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program.
- Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred.
Adoration Home Health and Hospice provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, supporting patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
