Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to establish and review client goals
  • Develop and implement master treatment plans in a timely manner, according to program policies
  • Document client status and response to treatment, ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, complete assessments, and develop psychosocial histories and discharge summaries
  • Monitor performance improvement processes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Conduct self in an ethical and professional manner, adhering to professional standards and relevant state and federal laws
  • Participate in professional development through workshops, seminars, and other training opportunities
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all staff members
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of professional ethics, standards, and relevant state and federal laws
  • Understanding of etiology and dynamics of psychopathology, current diagnostic terminology, and psychiatric and psychological treatments
