Key Responsibilities- Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
- Administer contrast media and medications as needed, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
- Monitor patient safety and well-being during procedures, reporting any concerns or abnormalities.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current licensure or certification in Radiologic Technology, such as ARRT or CCI.
- At least 2 years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
