Universal Banker I

We are seeking a highly skilled Universal Banker I to join our team at Northwest Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Deposit Account Management: Open new deposit accounts, manage existing accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase product delivery and referrals.
• Transaction Processing: Process customer banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Backup Support: Provide backup support for other positions as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: One year of previous experience in customer service or banking preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in banking software and systems.

This is a light physical work position that requires sitting, talking, and hearing. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds and have good visual attention to detail.
