As a Nurse Practitioner at GuideStar Eldercare, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team addressing the needs of seniors afflicted with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other neurocognitive disorders. Your key responsibilities will include traveling daily to assigned facilities, delivering initial evaluations, continuing therapy services, and cognitive testing, as well as documenting services and creating positive professional relationships with client facilities, patients, and their families. To be considered for this role, you must possess state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, and complete the credentialing process.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, based on your level of experience. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and employee-only medical premiums paid by the company. You will also receive reimbursement for CME/CEU training up to $1,500 and in-house CME-CEU credit offerings (ANCC accredited). Our comprehensive training program and generous time-off policy, including four weeks paid time off and seven paid holidays, ensure that you have the resources and support needed to excel in your role.
