Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Whittier Rehab Hospital in Bradford. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing individualized care to patients with a wide range of rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and implement treatment plans for patients with adult rehabilitation and geriatric care needs
  • Delegate duties to certified physical therapy assistants, aides, and supportive personnel
  • Coordinate and organize a full treatment caseload, ensuring timely and effective care
  • Attend and participate in team conferences, treating team conferences, and family team conferences
  • Seek opportunities for staff, patient, and family education through continuing education courses and seminars
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or Master's of Science degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited college or university
  • Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts or application for the same
  • APTA membership in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire chapter preferred
  • Certification in BLS of Adult, Child, and Infant
  • Demonstrated pursuit of continuing education courses relative to the field of physical therapy
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a competitive pay rate starting at $38.00/hour.
