Job Overview

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to develop firmware for embedded power and IoT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded firmware and experience with ARM-based MCUs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate software requirements for development of solutions.
  • Design and implement software considering hardware design.
  • Work with hardware team to define implementation of optimal solutions.
  • Perform system and low-level testing of implemented solutions.
  • Work with test equipment to define new needs.
Requirements
  • BS in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred.
  • Experience with IoT MQTT or other network-based communications protocols.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and strong team player.
