Job Opportunity

Bluedrop Water is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing top-notch water filtration solutions to residential and commercial clients.

As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water purification equipment, collaborating with our operations, service, and sales teams, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and installation planning to ensure seamless project execution
  • Install and maintain Bluedrop water filtration systems, water softeners, and reverse osmosis systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment according to policy and procedures
  • Ensure customer commitments are met and exceeded
  • Manage and maintain company assets, including inventory, equipment, vehicles, and machinery
  • Assist with training and development of team members
  • Prioritize safety and adhere to company safety policies and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license
  • 5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
