We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical team at NFI North\u2019s Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH. This program provides comprehensive clinical, vocational services, and life skills for adults living with mental illness.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting our psychiatrist and medical team with the planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care for our participants. This includes direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, nursing assessment, medical documentation, and record keeping, as well as medication administration and responsibility for program medical supplies.

Qualifications include a degree in Registered Nursing, experience with the program population preferred.
