Cadence Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of experienced educators. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with our research-based approach to early childhood education
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive community
• Monitor and document children's progress, sharing observations and insights with parents and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
• A minimum of 6 months previous experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare required
• Child Development Associate or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
