Hydraulic Hose Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Hydraulic Systems Specialist to join our team at Lumpkin Development, a family-owned maintenance and construction division for the Metro Companies.

The ideal candidate will have technical certification in hydraulics and proven experience as a hydraulic hose technician or similar role. Key responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and replacing hydraulic hoses and fittings on heavy equipment, diagnosing hydraulic system issues, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Technical certification in hydraulics
• Proven experience as a hydraulic hose technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
