About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Longview Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of our patients, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the care of patients being treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs.
  • Assess patients' needs and identify and initiate appropriate physical therapy interventions.
  • Work cooperatively with other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional physical therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • Observe and evaluate treatment effect, accomplishment of short and long-term goals, and recommend changes to physicians as needed.
  • Perform accurate and timely QI scoring and formulate and update patient-specific plans of care for physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
  • Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR Card.
