About the Job:

The Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the residential program, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies. This includes managing program assignments, supervising direct support staff, and providing coaching and training to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of direct support professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Manage program assignments and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide coaching and training to direct support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
