We are in search of a dedicated full-time Therapist to join our team. A master's degree in social work or a related discipline, along with experience in working with children and families, is required. We will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

A Day in the Life of a Therapist

As a licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families who have faced trauma, navigated difficult relationships, and are encountering challenges in their daily lives. Our therapists receive national trauma certifications, enjoy flexible scheduling, and utilize a variety of evidence-based practices. TFI offers in-house clinical supervision aimed at enhancing your clinical competencies. You will provide in-home individual and family therapy to those facing issues of abuse or neglect.

We are looking for compassionate individuals who are eager to learn and are committed to improving the lives of children in our community. Ideal candidates will have the ambition to develop their clinical skills and deliver high-quality services to vulnerable and high-risk families. Candidates must be licensed through the BSRB or eligible for licensure upon hiring. We value individuals who can conduct diagnostic assessments, formulate treatment plans, and implement effective clinical interventions. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
