Job Title: Civil Engineer - Land Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with experience in land development to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing land development projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop land development projects, including site planning, grading, and drainage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in land development/site development.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • EIT or PE preferred.
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience required.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary: $70-130k/year.
