About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team at The Laurels of University Park. This role is perfect for a passionate and skilled nurse who wants to take on a leadership position.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
  • Review and implement all nursing procedures and systems
  • Assess and evaluate systems that facilitate quality resident care and staff performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current state license as an RN
  • Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired
  • Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing desired
