Position Overview:

As a Seasonal Bartender at Schweitzer Incorporated, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing beverage service at various events. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving drinks, ensuring compliance with state liquor laws, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and set up the bar according to event specifications.
  • Handle cash transactions and track beverage consumption as per event guidelines.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while mixing and serving beverages.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked throughout the event.
  • Close the bar efficiently, including proper disposal of waste and securing all items.
  • Assist with banquet serving and outdoor festival events as needed.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in bartending or mixology preferred.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
