Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team at The Nurtury Montessori. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead teacher in preparing the learning environment and implementing lesson plans.
  • Observe and record student behaviors, and participate in record-keeping activities.
  • Model grace and courtesy, and provide support to students as needed.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA Certification.
  • Interest in becoming an Early Childhood Lead Teacher (studying Montessori).
  • Significant experience working in early childcare education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
