Mortgage Protection Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Protection Sales Professional to join our team at Spieldenner Financial Group. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes uncapped commission on sales, as well as a bonus structure program. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected, with full-time agents expected to sell 5-10 plans per week.
In addition to commissions, we also offer a range of benefits, including unparalleled support and training, extensive product knowledge, and a people-first mentality that prioritizes agent success and well-being.
About the RoleThis role involves:
- Setting appointments with potential clients to discuss their mortgage protection needs
- Researching and customizing insurance options to meet client needs
- Meeting with clients to present options, discuss details, and facilitate applications
- Providing administrative support, including following up with carriers to facilitate client applications
