Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote seamless care delivery
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal results
Document patient information and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly

Requirements and Qualifications

Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required for this position
BLS certification is necessary for employment
Minimum two years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
