Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in sales growth, customer service, and staff management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform administrative tasks.
  • Availability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Good eyesight to observe guests' hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and reach for extended periods, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
  • Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.
