We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Surgical team at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and documenting patient information.
- Assist with procedures, such as wound care and dressing changes, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the RN or physician.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Virginia.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- 1+ year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
