UCHealth is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Care Partner (ACP) to join our team in the Medicine Health Services Unit. As an ACP, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in patient care and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare provider
- Prioritize patient wellness and perspectives
- Model proficiency through precepting new team members
- Effectively partner with ancillary team members to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to solutions to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within 30 days of hire
- Enrollment in an accredited nursing program and good standing
- Completion of first clinical rotation (equivalent to Med/Surg I) and provision of transcripts
