Job Summary:

As a Delivery Driver at Domino's Franchise, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other food items to customers in a safe and timely manner. You will also be required to collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items, check all products for accuracy against quality standards, and ensure that your vehicle is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
Receive crosstraining for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, meeting company standards as well as access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Must be listed as and insured driver on this vehicle
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery areas and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change

Work Conditions:

Work conditions are varying. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations. You will also be required to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
