About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at Frito-Lay North America. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating assigned packaging machines to ensure accurate code dates, weights, and product packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate multiple packaging machines to ensure efficient production
  • Check products for accuracy and quality, minimizing waste and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance on packaging machines
  • Troubleshoot common issues and make operational adjustments
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
  • 1 year of machine operator experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift 50 lbs, and work in a loud manufacturing environment
