We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
