Job Description

The Regional Accounting Director will play a critical role in driving the growth of our financial operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting processes, managing a decentralized team, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve company goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accounting processes and procedures.
  • Manage and supervise a decentralized accounting team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve company goals.
  • Analyze financial data and develop insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, public and private accounting strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, master's degree a plus.
  • Active CPA license required; strong understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting required.
  • Multi-location accounting experience required.
  • Experience managing and supervising a team.
