As a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your main duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Thoroughly power wash kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Efficiently set up and dismantle job sites and equipment.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Manage and maintain equipment, promptly reporting any issues.
- Ensure the safe installation and upkeep of fire safety equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Engage in continuous safety training to enhance awareness and preparedness.
- Address on-site challenges and propose solutions for improvement.
- Ability to climb ladders to access rooftops of commercial buildings.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs over distances of at least 100 feet.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
