About the Role

We are seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space inside our Walmart stores. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide eye and vision care services to patients
  • Take a leading role in patient care with respect to general health and well-being
  • Establish and maintain a private practice within the Walmart store
  • Manage your own patient schedule and fee structure
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
