We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Developmental Pathways Inc.

Overview

As a BCBA, you will work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing assessments and individualized plans to improve behaviors and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments
  • Create individualized programming for clients
  • Work closely with Behavior Therapists as they deliver individualized programming to clients
  • Manage contract fulfillment of client contracts across service codes
  • Provide clear and concise instructions across all facets of the client's clinical needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
  • A valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
