Open Sky Community Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in our residential programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.
- Implement evidence-based treatment and care plans to promote healthy and productive lives.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household management.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure the general cleanliness and safety of our residential facilities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
