Radiology Technologist Position in Tacoma, Washington

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Tacoma, Washington.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing diagnostic imaging equipment to produce accurate images for medical interpretation. They will also prepare and care for patients undergoing radiologic testing.
- Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
- Position patients correctly and adjust imaging equipment as needed
- Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure and maintain accurate patient records
To be considered for this role, you must have 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist. You should also possess BLS certification, ARRT (R) National Certification, and state-specific licensing when required.
You should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. A sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential.
