Job Description:

Overview

As a Psychiatric Nurse Care Coordinator with Qs Nurses, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to mentally ill patients. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works together to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive physical and mental health assessments to identify patients' needs.
  2. Develop personalized care plans to help patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life.
  3. Administer and monitor treatment regimens, including medications, under the supervision of qualified medical staff.
  4. Monitor patients' behavioral changes and report any concerns to the medical team.
  5. Maintain accurate records of patient care information.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
  • At least one year of experience in psychiatric nursing within the past two years.
  • BLS certification is mandatory.
